You have always gone above and beyond to resolve any problems that arise. For this reason, Everglades has been and will continue to be my first choice for millwork, door hardware and plumbing. Dear Sir or Madam,

Today I had the pleasure of being a beneficiary in what can only be described as exceptional customer service, provided by one of your employee's. In trying to correct an issue for a very special person, I found myself at your showroom in Miami. I was greeted by Ms. Irma Fernandez, who made time to listen to me describe the issue concerning a Hansgrohe faucet purchased from EDC in 2009. After attentively listening to my explanation, she proceeded to track down the original invoices and recommended the best solution for us. I welcomed the help and advised her to let me know what and how to purchase the parts. She then took the initiative to call the manufacturer or National office to inquire on the availability of the necessary parts, which were lost or needed to be replaced. She informed them that said faucet among other fixtures were purchased from Hangrohe during a remodeling process. Hansgrohe, on review of the purchase orders, volunteered, to mail, at no expense, the necessary parts directly to the original purchaser. I had gone with the desire of resolving the problem in what ever fashion was required by your company and was pleasantly taken back by this high level of friendly, sincere service. Ms. Acevedo had clearly picked the correct establishment to furnish all her remodeling needs. Kudos to your company and if the service provided us by Ms. Fernandez is indicative of your
mission statement, your continued success is  more than assured. Thank you and please thank Ms. Fernandez from both of us.

Within the past few months my wife and I have been in the process of doing some home renovations and in so doing we have purchased several items at your design center. I would like to commend Mr. Frank Lindner for assisting us through some of our decision making.
